How to return a product? 30 days to return a product

In your order package, we enclose a return slip for you to tell us the reasons for the return (you have a period of 30 days from the date of invoice to return the shoes to us. No returns are accepted after this period).
Please note that discounted product during sale and in the outlet section can be exchanged for another available product (size, color and style) but cannot be refunded.


The shoes must be returned unused, never been worn and in a condition for resale. A separate carton should be used for return. We recommend using the original carton to return your order.

Possible reasons for return:

  • The wrong size was chosen
  • The shoes do not correspond to your expectations

...

In this case, you may request either:

  • A refund (effective within 15 days after receipt and verification of the condition of the shoes), or
  • A credit on your account for a future order or
  • An exchange (size, colour or model)

100% Refunded

Refunds are credited via the original method of purchase: bank transfer if the order has been paid by bank transfer, or credit card if the order has been paid for by credit card. Refunds are made within 15 days maximum after receipt of the cancelled order, and once the shoes have been returned in perfect condition.

 

Any return, and for whatever reason, will be at the sole responsibility / charge of the customer. If the return for an exchange model or size, re-shipment will be completely free and at Bertulli expense.

 

In order for your request to be processed quickly, it is important that you properly complete the return slip included in your order.

Return process:

According  to our return policy the shoes must be returned within a period of 1 week (5 working days):

Day 1: Receipt of the parcel to our Depot at the end of the day in Monaco

Day 2: Control, inspection of the shoes by our "Quality Control Service".

Day 3 and 4: Your request will be processed by computer in our office in Monaco.
