Warranty period
Mario Bertulli height-increasing shoes are covered by a commercial warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase, covering exclusively manufacturing defects identified under normal use of the product.
What the warranty covers:
The warranty applies in particular (non-exhaustive list) to the following defects, provided they are not the result of normal wear and tear or improper use:
- Defective stitching showing abnormal and premature failure
- Leather defects, such as cracks or tears not related to natural wear
- Manufacturing defects in the height-increasing system, including abnormal deterioration of internal materials (e.g. cork or structural components)
These defects must be inherent to the manufacturing process.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from use
- Scratches, marks, creases or aesthetic damage caused by everyday use
- Damage caused by improper, non-compliant, or excessive use
- Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
- Damage caused by external factors, such as:
impacts or accidents, prolonged exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, immersion in water or unsuitable conditions
Only products in their original, unmodified condition are eligible for warranty coverage.
How to submit a warranty claim?
If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty, you must contact us during the warranty period and provide the following information:
- Clear photographs of the product highlighting the alleged defect
- A detailed description of the observed defect
- Your full contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Product information: model, color, and size
Your request will be reviewed by our quality department. No return will be accepted without prior approval from our after-sales service (SAV).
Depending on the nature of the defect, we may request the product to be returned for further inspection.
Decision and handling
- If the defect is recognized as covered by the warranty, an appropriate solution will be offered (repair, replacement, or other support in line with our internal policy);
- If the defect is not covered by the warranty, the product will be returned to you
