If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it easily and with complete transparency. You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

You may request an exchange (size, color, or model) or a refund. (*see conditions)

In the case of a refund, it is issued at 100% (excluding delivery charges).

Conditions for Returns

To be accepted, the returned product must:

- be new, unworn, and unused,
- be returned in perfect condition,
- be protected in a suitable shipping box (the shoe box must never be used as the shipping package).

Please note:

- Try on your shoes on a clean surface or carpet,
- Worn shoes will incur a €80 refurbishment fee,
- A damaged shoe box will result in a €10 fee.

Tip: use the original shipping carton for an optimal return.

Sale Items


Items purchased during sales or from the outlet may be exchanged (subject to availability) but cannot be refunded.

Refund Process


Refunds are issued using your original payment method:

Credit card payment → refund to the same card
Bank transfer → refund by bank transfer

Processing time: up to 15 days after receipt and validation of the return.

Would you like to change the model or size?

- Shipping of the new pair is free of charge,
- No additional fees apply,
- For your first order, the return is covered as part of an exchange.

How to Register Your Return


To ensure fast processing, registration is mandatory via your customer account or by email at boutique@mariobertulli.com

Simple steps:
- Log in to your customer account
- Go to Order History
- Click “Details” for the relevant order
- Select the product(s) to return


Provide: the reason for the return, a photo of the product, and your choice (refund, credit note, or exchange – model and size required), then click “Return a product”.

You will receive a confirmation email with all instructions.

Free Gift


In the case of a refund, the free gift must be returned.
In the case of an exchange for a discounted item, the free gift must also be returned.

Return Shipping Costs


For a refund or a exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns due to a preparation error or a defective product are of course covered by us (photo required).
