Preparation of Your Order

Our logistics warehouses process and ship your order within 24 business hours. Any order placed and paid for before 12:00 am will be processed and shipped the same day (subject to product availability in the desired size). Your package will be handed over to the carrier selected during your order. On weekends, any order received after 12:00 PM on Friday will only be processed on Monday morning.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen during your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

Delivery Time

Depending on your delivery location, and once your payment has been received and validated, please allow: 

• For delivery within England: Delivery times are between 2-3 days with DHL Express. 

• For deliveries outside the European Union: 4 to 9 business days, depending on your delivery country and the carrier selected during your order. Delivery time also depends on local customs processing. 

• For delivery within the European Union: 2 to 3 business days with Chronopost, and 3 to 5 business days with a local carrier.

Delivery Costs and Scope

Outside the European Union, as well as for French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), customs duties and taxes may be applied at your expense upon delivery. Please note that these customs fees are applied randomly and do not affect all orders. The amount of your order does not include these taxes and duties. We recommend that you check with your local post office for any potential charges.
