Delivery fees and areas of delivery sections

At Mario Bertulli, every order is carefully prepared to guarantee fast and reliable delivery.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours. Any order placed and paid for before 12:00 p.m. is shipped the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday are processed on Monday morning. Your parcel is entrusted to the carrier selected when placing your order. A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Tracking

You can track your parcel via the Track My Parcel page or from your Customer Account, in the order details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are given as an indication and start from the shipment date.

- Mainland France & Monaco
24 to 48 hours with Chronopost
3 to 5 business days with Colissimo

- European Union
2 to 3 business days with Chronopost
3 to 7 business days with a local carrier

- United Kingdom
5 to 6 business days with DHL Express

- United States
2 to 3 business days with DHL Express

- Other destinations outside the European Union
4 to 9 business days depending on the destination country and selected carrier

Delivery Areas & Customs Fees

For deliveries outside the European Union and to overseas territories, taxes and customs duties may be requested upon delivery.
These fees are independent of Mario Bertulli, may be applied occasionally, and are not included in the total amount of your order.
We recommend checking with local authorities to anticipate any potential charges.
