We guarantee a full refund for returns without exchange (delivery fee not included) and made within the 30 days following the order's delivery date.
The shoes must be returned unused, unworn and in selling condition. If the shoes have been worn we will have to charge €40 for the repair. We advise you to stand on a mat to try on your new pair of elevator shoes. A separate carton additinally to the shoe box should be used for returns. We recommend using the original carton to return your order. In case of non-compliance with this return policy, Charlet reserves the right to withhold 10 € in compensation.
Please note that discounted products during sale and in the outlet section can be exchanged for another available product (size, color and style) but cannot be refunded.
Refunds are credited via the original method of purchase: bank transfer if the order has been paid by bank transfer, or credit card if the order has been paid for by credit card. Refunds are made within 15 days maximum after receipt of the cancelled order, and once the shoes have been returned in perfect condition.
In case of an exchange we will send you the new parcel free of charge.
Registering your return
In order to ensure a quick processing of your return, please register it in your customer account:
1 - Check your order history
2 - Click on "Details" next to the order containing the product you wish to return
3 - Select the product(s) you wish to return. Then select the reason for your return and attach a photo of the upper and the sole of the product(s) to be returned (mandatory). You can also indicate if you wish to receive : - A refund - A credit note for a future order - An exchange: In this case, please specify the model and the size you wish to receive in exchange, This information is mandatory to validate your return request. You can also indicate any other useful information in the text box provided for this purpose. This information about your experience as a customer is valuable to us in order to serve you better.
4 - Click on "Return a product".
Your return will be automatically registered. You will then receive a confirmation email and all the information you need to organise your return in the best conditions.
Your registered returns appear on the "Product Return" page of your customer account. On this page you will find the return form to print and add in your parcel.
If you cannot print the return form, please write the return number on a piece of paper (the return number can be found on the printable return form). With this number your request will be processed more quickly and in the best conditions.

Have you received another product than the one you ordered or is the product received defective ? : please send an explicit mail accompanied by a photo describing the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone to +1 903 246 4855. we will send you by email a return slip.
For any other return, and regardless of the reason, the shipping cost back to our offices will be entirely at your charge.
Return process by our services
Return process: According to our return policy the shoes must be returned within a period of 1 week (5 working days):
Day 1: Reception of the parcel at our offices by the end of the day in Monaco
Day 2: Control, inspection of the shoes by our "Quality Control Service".
Day 3 and 4: Your request will be processed by our commercial team.
Your refund will be made upon receipt of your returned products. In case of exchange and if you wish to receive your new pair quickly, we invite you to order it directly on our website. You will then receive a refund for the returned model after receipt by our after-sales service.
