The Fabiano embodies the derby in its most contemporary form: no toe cap, no perforations, no showy stitching — only a clean line, a subtle lacing, and a wave-shaped leather piece that discreetly highlights the outer side of the foot. Offered in a sunlit cinnamon, with honey and amber highlights, hand-patinated, it is the derby that asserts its singularity — the one chosen for a navy suit and white shirt, ecru trousers, or casual tailoring where the shoe becomes the focal point of the eye.

A shoe entirely hand-stitched. No glue, no shortcut. The sole is stitched to the upper stitch by stitch by the artisan, using the Blake method — the most noble shoemaking technique. This process takes time and skilled labor, but it changes everything: the shoe is supple from day one, it breathes better because no layer of glue suffocates the leather, and above all — its sole can be replaced by the cobbler when the time comes. Nothing but leather, and the finest. We do not compromise on materials. The upper, the lining and the insole are made of full-grain calf leather — the noblest part of the leather, the one that retains its natural grain and develops a beautiful patina over the years. The sole is genuine leather, stamped Mario Bertulli. On such a pared-back model, the cinnamon patina is what gives the Fabiano all its personality: hand-worked, shade after shade, by a patina artist, it plays with nuances of honey, caramel and amber — a cinnamon that shimmers in the light, and that does not exist on industrially dyed leather.
