Soft smooth leather, pleasing to the eye. The brown leather covers the entire shoe, from the rounded toe to the heel counter. The fine topstitching that shapes the front sculpts the silhouette and marks the derby at first glance — a modern detail on a classic model. A full leather lining, a flexible sole. The fully leather-lined interior lets the foot breathe and molds to your size with wear. The back of the shoe is higher, and the rear curve is adjusted to:

  • Keep the foot perfectly secure inside the shoe
  • Prevent any rubbing on the Achilles tendon

The lift is simply placed in a normal shoe, which causes :

The heel slips out of the shoe while walking

The instep shaft axis is adjusted to provide enough space for the foot and ensure support and comfort

The foot is compressed in the shoe, causing pain

All proportions of the shoe (sole, upper, and lining) are adjusted to the lift for optimal comfort and to ensure it remains visually imperceptible

Difficulty lacing the shoes as the top of the foot is compressed
