Every pair from the Prestige Collection is entirely hand-stitched using the Blake method and rests on a genuine Italian leather sole. A more demanding, time-honoured craft that ensures comfort, breathability and longevity far beyond that of a glued shoe. A pair that ages with you, and stands the test of time.

The back of the shoe is higher, and the rear curve is adjusted to:

  • Keep the foot perfectly secure inside the shoe
  • Prevent any rubbing on the Achilles tendon

The lift is simply placed in a normal shoe, which causes :

The heel slips out of the shoe while walking

The instep shaft axis is adjusted to provide enough space for the foot and ensure support and comfort

The foot is compressed in the shoe, causing pain

All proportions of the shoe (sole, upper, and lining) are adjusted to the lift for optimal comfort and to ensure it remains visually imperceptible

Difficulty lacing the shoes as the top of the foot is compressed
